Ni Gao

I am an associate professor in the Department of Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Counseling Professions at University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. I teach, provide training and research in the areas of improving employment opportunities for people with psychiatric illness. I am particularly interested in how education and job training can change one’s employability and income.
In my spare time, I enjoy good food and I am a fairly decent cook. My five-year-old boy calls me a good cooker (a person who cooks), and his dad a good barbequer (a person who barbeques). Visit my professional bio here.
